We Care Update

I hope this note finds you well and healthy during this unique time.

We just wanted to let you know that we are very concerned about the safety and well-being of our guests.  In this rapidly changing environment we want to keep you informed of what we are doing and the changes we are making for the short term as we deal with this unprecedented situation.

Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns that you may have.  We look forward to seeing you.

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and guests. We have developed new safety measures and increased sanitation protocols to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable experience.

  • We are continually monitoring the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and are following all health and safety guidelines provided by the government authorities and local department of health.
  • We are using extra disinfection of all key surfaces in cleaning rooms after guests depart. This protocol includes extra attention to high touch areas. All public area surfaces are disinfected periodically throughout the day.
  • Team members wear masks as required by local health department guidelines. Hand sanitation stations will be available at the front desk lobby area.
  • The City of San Francisco has recently implemented new Covid-19 guidelines. Learn more about the latest restrictions concerning proof of vaccination status, lifting of the mask mandate, and indoor dining capacity RIGHT HERE.
